Food is always amazing here - fresh, hot and always consistent. Only fast food chain where you are guaranteed a delicious meal every time. We were served by Ali at the Trafford Centre branch who was super helpful and gave us an amazing service.
I placed a large takeaway order from Wingstop at the Trafford Centre on January 12. When I got home, I realized one of the 12 wings was missing. I called the store and reported the issue, and the team immediately assured me they would make it right. They offered for me to come back anytime to collect the missing item and, on top of that, gave me a 25% discount as an apology. When I visited the store again, the manager personally attended to me and ensured everything was handled perfectly. The customer service was exceptional, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Kudos to the manager and the team for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend this location for both their food and their outstanding service!
Wingstop Trafford is a must-visit if you’re into proper chicken wings! I’ve spent around 100 trying almost every flavour, and it was worth it. The Parmesan wings are probably the best—full of flavour and cooked just right. Their milkshakes are thick and creamy, perfect with the wings. Service was quick, and they even provided gloves, which is a nice touch. Each portion of wings was clearly labelled so you know exactly what you’re eating. There's plenty of seating too, making it a comfortable spot to dine in. Definitely coming back for more!

Love the wings here, I have traveled from Liverpool to Manchester multiple times purely for these wings. I would recommend boneless wings: bbq, garlic parm, Hawaiian and the loaded fries The wing stop is located in the food court the tables where clean and hygienic there are toilet facilities It has access for wheelchairs and the staff are very friendly
Just had the garlic parmesan chicken wings and sweet fries at Wingstop in the Trafford Centre — absolutely delicious! The wings were packed with flavour and cooked to perfection, and the sweet fries were the perfect balance of crispy and soft. Great spot, will definitely be coming back!
